The registration process allows players to create a team and participate in the ROS 2026 Thailand Qualifiers (Online). The tournament will determine the top 12 teams that will advance to the Main Event.

Schedule

June 6, 2026, 12:00 PM – July 8, 2026, 11:59 PM - Team registration period via the Official Website.

June 10, 2026, 12:00 PM - ROS IDs become available for practice, event participation, and client download.

June 17, 2026, 12:00 PM - Team Captains may claim their Tournament ROS IDs and manage their teams through the Official Website.

Teams with at least 7 registered members will be eligible to manage ROS IDs for the tournament. (Information is updated on every business day at approximately 12:00 PM.)

(1) Registration Requirements

• Players registering as either Team Leaders or Team Members must have at least one character at Level 230 or above on the RO ID used for registration.
• Each participant, including substitute players, may only participate on one team. Eligibility will be verified using the player's national identification number.
• If the tournament staff discovers that the same individual has registered for multiple teams, that participant will be disqualified from the tournament.
• If such disqualification causes a team to have fewer than seven (7) members, the entire team will be deemed ineligible to participate.
• Each team must consist of a minimum of seven (7) players and may register up to nine (9) players, including a maximum of two (2) substitute players.
• Teams with fewer than seven (7) registered members by the registration deadline will be considered incomplete and will not be eligible to compete.

(2) Registration Process

Team Creation

1. Log in using your Gnjoy ID through the Official Website.

2. The Team Leader must create a team to obtain a Team Code.

The Team Leader is required to provide the following information:

• Full Name
• National Identification Number
• Team Name
• RO ID
• Team Logo/Image (minimum 400 x 400 pixels, .png or .jpg format, maximum file size 2 MB)
• Contact Information (Phone Number or E-mail Address)

All required fields must be completed for the registration to be successfully submitted.

Joining a Team

1. Team members must enter the Team Code provided by the Team Leader via the "Join Team Registration" page.

2. Team members are required to provide the following information:

• Full Name
• National Identification Number
• Team Code
• RO ID
• Contact Information (Phone Number or E-mail Address)

All required fields must be completed for the registration to be successfully submitted.

(3) Team Management

• Only the Team Leader is authorized to manage team members.
• The Team Leader may manage the team roster and assign player positions according to the tournament system.
• Requests to change the Team Leader or remove team members must follow the procedures established by the tournament organizers during the registration period.
• The finalized roster confirmed after the registration period closes will be used as the official team roster for the tournament.

(4) Thailand Qualifiers (Online) Tournament Format

The tournament will be conducted online in a 7v7 PvP format.

Eligible teams will be divided into four groups:

• Group A
• Group B
• Group C
• Group D

Group Stage

Teams will compete in a Round Robin format within their respective groups, BO1.

• Win: 1 Point
• Loss: 0 Points
• Draw: 0 Points

The top two (2) teams from each group will automatically advance to the Main Event

Wild Card Stage

Teams finishing in 3rd and 4th place from each group, for a total of eight (8) teams, will advance to the Wild Card Stage.

• Teams will compete in another Round Robin format.
• The top four (4) teams based on total points will qualify for the Main Event.

Qualification Summary

• Direct Qualification from Group Stage: 8 Teams
• Qualification through Wild Card Stage: 4 Teams

Total Main Event Qualifiers: 12 Teams

Thailand Qualifiers (Online)

July 18, 2026 – Group Stage (Groups A & B) to determine the top 2 teams from each group advancing to the Main Event.

July 19, 2026 – Group Stage (Groups C & D) to determine the top 2 teams from each group advancing to the Main Event.

July 25, 2026 – Wild Card Stage to determine the final 4 teams advancing to the Main Event.

Thailand Qualifiers (Offline)

August 15, 2026 – Group A matches to determine the top 2 teams advancing to the Thailand Championship.

August 16, 2026 – Group B matches to determine the top 2 teams advancing to the Thailand Championship.

Thailand Championship (Offline)

September 19, 2026 – Thailand Championship Finals.

*All schedules are subject to change as deemed appropriate by the organizers.

(6) Match Result Determination

1. A team wins the match by eliminating all opposing players or fulfilling the designated victory condition.

2. If the match timer expires:

• The team with more surviving players will be declared the winner.
• If both teams have the same number of surviving players, total team damage dealt will be used to determine the winner.

3. In the event of a tie in overall standings, rankings will be determined in the following order:

• Head-to-Head Result
• Additional Tie-Break Match(es)

(7) General Regulations

• A player may only be registered with one team.
• All matches will be conducted online through tournament servers designated by the organizers.
• Teams that fail to be ready at the scheduled match time may be subject to an immediate forfeit at the discretion of the tournament staff.
• The use of any third-party software, cheats, or unauthorized programs is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or any unintended game mechanics for competitive advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Tournament staff reserve the right to request and review replays, screen recordings, or other relevant evidence at any time during the competition.
• All decisions made by the tournament staff are final.
